What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver pest control services including inspections, treatments, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers about services and safety.
  • Maintain accurate records using mobile devices and follow company procedures.
  • Work independently with support from your local supervisor and team.
  • Perform physical tasks such as climbing, crawling, and working in confined spaces.

What We're Looking For
  • Licensed Technicians: Hold a current pest control licence and experience in residential or commercial pest management.
  • Trainees: No prior experience needed—just a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a genuine interest in the industry.
  • Customer-Oriented: Friendly, reliable, and confident in dealing with clients.
  • Physically Ready: Comfortable with hands-on work, including tight spaces and heights (PPE provided).
  • Tech-Comfortable: Able to learn and use mobile apps and digital tools as part of daily work.
  • Driver's Licence: Essential for travel across the region.
