Your position

This is key role in the business as a Lead Solar & Battery Electrician. Your main responsibility is project work completing solar and battery installs and at times overseeing a team. You will ensure standards are met and maintained in the installations and projects being delivered and making sure quality is upheld.

  • Field based completing Solar & Battery installs
  • Residential projects for homes for domestic residential installs
  • Team that you will oversee at times - apprentices & labour roofers
  • Ensuring quality and standards are met and maintained for work
  • Perform audits of jobs as per requirements
  • Respond to issues or rectifications handling resolutions
  • Support from the project delivery team
  • 12 month contract renewed annually

Experience needed

You must have experience in Solar installations with SAA/CEC accreditation.

You will be able to complete quality work and have strong electrical trades skills.

  • Solar installation experience
  • Accredited licences in Electrical & Solar SAA/CEC
  • Have strong understanding of quality and standards
  • Esurance of project compliance and safety
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and with a team
  • Can travel to sites and projects throughout Sydney
  • Comfortable with the 12 month contract renewed annually
