We're seeking a motivated Front Office All Rounder to help drive guest satisfaction and support the smooth daily operation of our hotel's reception.
About the Role
As the Front Office All Rounder , you'll play a hands-on leadership role in ensuring every guest experience is warm, seamless, and memorable.
You'll support and guide the team, assist with training, and oversee daily processes while leading by example on shift.
Working closely with management, this role also involves liaising with the Night Audit team and assisting the duty managers to ensure operational consistency and strong guest service across all hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily Front Office operations and support staff across all shifts
- Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure efficient check-in, check-out, and billing processes
- Motivate, train, and mentor team members to maintain high performance and morale
- Liaise with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Uphold front office presentation, grooming, and communication standards
- Liaise with Night Audit and perform Duty Manager coverage when required
About You
- Previous experience as a GSA, Shift Leader, or Front Office Supervisor in a hotel environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Proven ability to handle guest enquiries and issues calmly and effectively
- Proficient in hotel PMS systems (Opera, RMS, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and cash handling
- Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
- RSA certification required
- A proactive, team-focused approach and genuine passion for hospitality
