- Based at Zaleta's Cotton Tree Design Studio
- Opportunity to grow into a permanent part-time position as the role develops
Zaleta is a family-owned building company creating bespoke homes across the Sunshine Coast. We believe in craftsmanship, connection, and an authentic "Home Sweet Home" experience — for our clients and our team.
We're looking for a Studio Coordinator to join our Cotton Tree studio, supporting management with administration, scheduling, and the day-to-day running of our construction and design studio.
This role suits someone who genuinely loves supporting others, thrives in a dynamic environment, and finds satisfaction in organisation and getting things done efficiently. You'll be the type who takes pride in the details, enjoys bringing order to busy days, and values being part of a close-knit team that truly cares about the work and each other.
About the Role
As our Studio Coordinator, you'll be the backbone support of the studio — ensuring everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly.
Your week will include:
- Managing client and studio appointments using Outlook and
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages promptly and professionally - minimal incoming calls daily.
- Providing administrative support for Management and Sales
- Preparing documents and maintaining digital filing systems
- Printing and organising meeting materials
- Taking pride and care in keeping the studio tidy and presentation-ready - attention to details vital
- Maintaining office and client refreshments — we love to spoil our guests with fresh biscuits baked in our beautiful Smeg ovens
- Greet and host clients and guests during scheduled appointments, offering refreshments and creating a warm, welcoming experience.
You'll work closely with management offering support ensuring the studio runs efficiently and to Zaleta's high standards.
About You
You're a natural organiser who loves variety and takes pride in creating calm and order in a busy environment. You find fulfilment in supporting your team. You thrive on the reward of completing tasks thoroughly and doing things well, and you have the confidence to follow up and close loose ends to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
You're also someone who proactively thinks of ways to improve systems and outcomes — always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to support the team and enhance how things are done.
You'll bring:
- Experience in a construction sales support or as real estate assistant (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Experience with Canva or similar
- A proactive, professional presentation and down-to-earth attitude
- A sharp eye for detail and presentation
- Experience with or similar C.R.M. systems (highly regarded)
- An understanding of the value of a sales lead and customer service
