We are looking for a Human Resources Advisor

The role is part time roughly 8-10 hours a week. You need to work one day in the office while the remaining hours can be WFH. Extra hours may be needed during busy times. Flexibility is required.

This role is a very hands on stand alone role and will be involved in the business on all levels.

Main duties will be;

  • End to end recruitment
  • Staff inductions and training
  • Performance Management
  • Advising on IR
  • Assisting payroll with award interpretation
  • Keeping HR polices up to date
  • Workers Compensation / Return to work plans
  • HACCP and QA Administration

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • A minimum of 5 year's experience in a similar Human Resources Advisor role
  • A flexible attitude and willingness to assist in a small business environment
  • Be self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Excellent people and communication skills (essential)
