Eoss Foods is a family owned, growing manufacturing and distribution company focused in the FMCG retail space and foodservice. Our products include chilled goods (premium Greek yoghurt), dips, antipasto's, fruit coulis and frozen berries. We supply to premium fruit and veg stores, independent supermarkets, cafes etc We are a small team and the right applicant will have full support from our team

Ideally, the successful applicant will reside in the northern or western suburbs, as the role is primarily covering that that area.

The successful applicant we require will be casual and available to work flexible hours, including weekends on occasion (with ample notice). This role will be responsible for demonstrating & engaging consumers on our premium products within retailers' stores, so we require someone who is confident, professional, courteous, polite and someone who can relate to all kinds of consumers, with a positive attitude. The role is out of home, the successful candidate will require a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. The duties required include:

· A vibrant personality and a people person. Someone who is confident but refined. Getting consumers to sample our product range, upsell, explaining the benefits of our unique yoghurt offering

· Setting up and preparing all necessary equipment and supplies for food demonstration (chilled, ambient and occasionally frozen goods).

· Presenting and showcasing various food products (existing portfolio and NPD) to customers in an engaging and positive manner

· Provide information and samples to customers about the products

· Answering questions and providing product knowledge to customers

· Overcoming objections with a smile

· Occasional in store merchandising to support our small sales team

· Promoting and driving sales of the featured food products

· Maintaining a clean and organized demonstration area

· Collecting feedback and customer information for future marketing efforts

· Following food safety and hygiene regulations

· Responsible in the pack down of the demonstration. Ensuring the retailer is aware that you have finished your duties, and they are satisfied.

The successful candidate will need customer service experience, especially face to face, and must be able to multi-task in a high paced environment.

Reporting to, and working with our Victorian Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be able to work effectively as an individual, but also part of a team.
