Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and talented marketing coordinator to join our team. Due to increasing demand, we are hiring immediately. This role will suit someone who enjoys autonomy, appreciates being recognised for their work ethic and skills, and likes to work on a range of interesting projects. You will be responsible for delivery of our brands' digital communications, including content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create photographic and video content for our websites and digital platforms, including social media.
  • Manage content on our websites.
  • Write and schedule EDMs for our brands.
  • Write and publish website content for our brands
  • Use website analytics to support the development of more effective communication and better use of existing communication channels.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in creating content for social media platforms and websites
  • Experience in using content management systems.
  • Experience working with website nd Marketing Automation platforms (e.g Mailchimp).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics such as search engine optimisation (SEO), social media marketing and email marketing.
  • Demonstration of critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgement and solve problems promptly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise work tasks.
  • Demonstrated success working effectively and collaboratively on initiatives with a range of people at different levels within an organisation to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Qualifications in communications or an equivalent combination of relevant contemporary experience and/or education/training particularly in a communications role.

This role is based in our Armidale NSW office. You MUST be able to work from our office for this role .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
