About the Role

Reliance Workforce is hiring experienced Concreters for long-term work at a major manufacturing precast walls for commercial, industrial and residential applications, site is in Yatala. If you're looking for steady work, a supportive crew, and real career progression, this is your opportunity.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Placing, screeding, and finishing concrete for industrial, commercial, and residential applications
  • Reading plans, setting out, and site preparation
  • Steel fixing, mesh placement, tying, and chairing
  • Using hand and power tools (screeds, floats, trowels, etc.)
  • Working in small, high-performing teams where quality, safety, and pace matter

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' concreting experience (residential or commercial)
  • Manual driver's licence & reliable transport
  • White Card
  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
  • Full Australian working rights (citizen or permanent resident)
