About Us:
TRACQS is a leading Community Development Program (CDP) provider that delivers quality pre and post-employment and training services to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians across the Western Tablelands of Far North Queensland.

The Role:
Reporting to one of our Team Leaders, your role will empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment. You will be a crucial factor in keeping participants engaged and into employment situations where they can thrive, making this role ideal for someone who loves working with people and is looking for meaningful work.
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience within Employment Services industry is desirable but not necessary (exposure to working through a case
- Positive proactive attitude with a desire to drive outcomes
- Strong customer service/communication manner - both verbal and written
- Character and integrity in line with TRAQC's values
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
