Part-Time Stock Planner
to support its planning and inventory functions during an exciting period of continued growth.
Based in
Carlton
, this is a
part-time opportunity (2 days per week)
offering a salary
circa $80k FTE + Super (pro-rata)
, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock allocations across stores, concessions, and warehouse
- Maintain replenishment templates and ensure accurate inventory flow between systems
- Complete weekly and monthly reporting on stock performance, store sell-through, and warehouse holdings
- Monitor and track shipments, collaborating with warehouse and operations teams
- Support buy planning and post-season analysis to inform future strategies
- Maintain accuracy of product and shipment data within internal systems
What We're Looking For
- Experience in
stock or merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory coordination - Strong
Excel skills
with the ability to analyse and present data clearly - Highly
methodical, organised, and detail-oriented
working style - Comfortable in a
smaller, fast-paced environment
where collaboration is key - Retail or fashion industry background highly regarded
