We're looking for a friendly and detail-focused Selections Consultant to join our team and guide clients through the exciting process of personalising their new home.

This role is a key position in the business and requires someone with passion, determination, and a flair for all things creative.

About the Role

As a Selections Consultant, you'll be the key contact for clients throughout their pre-construction journey. You'll assist with material, colour and design selections, ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date, and work closely with Project Coordinators, Estimators, and Draftspeople to deliver a seamless experience from start to finish.

Some key tasks include:

  • Guiding clients through the pre-start and selections process.
  • Reviewing drawings, contracts, specifications and addenda.
  • Coordinating pricing, approvals and document sign-offs.
  • Keeping internal systems and client files updated and accurate.
  • Communicating regularly with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth progress.
  • Staying informed on product updates, promotions and specification changes.

About You

You're organised, approachable and love helping clients make confident decisions. You bring a strong eye for detail and a solid understanding of residential construction processes.

To be successful in this role you will be required to have:

  • Experience in a similar Selections or Pre-Start role within the building industry.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Strong administrative and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • The ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and contracts.
  • Great time management and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications that will be highly regarded:

  • HIA Pre-Start Certificate or HIA New Home Administrator Certificate.
  • Certificate III in Administration or equivalent industry experience.
