ARRA Group is a local WA company that engages with leading oil and gas/mining companies to provide our employees with opportunities that support a great lifestyle. We work in the space of Oil & Gas, Mining, Rail, Civil Construction, Health and Defence. We are also a registered Group Training Organisation, which allows us to place apprentices with the clients we work with under a host employer-employee arrangement with plenty of support. Here at ARRA, we take pride in looking after our candidates and prioritising their best interests to gain the best employer/employee relationship.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

You will have the opportunity to gain on the job learning with your host employer, as well as attending the required TAFE schedule (For blue-collar apprentices) or monthly meetings with your trainer (For white-collar trainees). Depending on which apprenticeship/traineeship you choose, the duration will vary e.g. Blue-collar trades should expect a 4-year commitment to an apprenticeship and white-collar can expect a 12-month commitment. Throughout this opportunity, you will receive endless support from ARRA who provides a dedicated mentor who follows the outlined training plan. For Blue-collar apprentices, any apprentices taken onboard will be trialed locally for a period of time and rotated throughout the apprenticeship to gain exposure in the various sectors we work in.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • White Card (Blue-collar apprentices)
  • Current WA Drivers Licence
  • Must be able to complete a DAS
  • Must have permanent residency in WA
  • A high commitment to safety
  • Motivation to achieve goals & enjoy a mixture of classroom and hands-on learning
  • Experience in construction or has completed a pre-apprenticeship (Blue-collar apprentices)
