• Full time 12 month traineeship
• Study a Certificate III in Business
• Based in Minto

My Gateway, in partnership with 1st Choice Appliance Rentals, is looking for a trainee to complete a Certificate III in Business based in Minto.

General duties:

• Build and maintain internal and external relationships via phone and email
• Manage customer accounts and ensure up-to-date records
• Collate and present customer information to our approvals team
• Answer inbound calls as part of our call centre team
• Monitor and respond to enquiries via our Live Chat platform

What You Need to Get Started:

• Must be able to travel to the Minto industrial area
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A willingness to learn and grow within a fast-moving business environment
• Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
