General Laborer

We are a kitchen cabinets spray painting business based in Mornington and we are currently seeking a general labourer/sander to join our team For 2-4days a week(flexible) We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual who is willing to learn the art of spray painting and take on new tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation of surfaces for painting, including sanding , masking and wrapping
• Supporting the spray painters with the mixing and applications  of paints
• Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other team members
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Must wear supplied PPE
• Previous experience in sanding or a similar role is preferred, but not required
