About Us: Inner Power Coaching is a leading fitness coaching organization specializing in 1:1 training across 7 fitness clubs in SEQ. We are dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals through personalized coaching and exceptional service.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Personal Trainer to join our team and provide world class training, advice and expertise to our current clients at our Mt Ommaney at a minimum 20-25 hours per week.

Growth pathways to permanent part time and management positions are available for the correct candidate.

The ideal candidate will have a history as a sole trader, or has previously worked in a commercial facility, exceptional people skills, and in-depth knowledge of exercise and strength training.

• Certificate III In Fitness
• Certificate IV In Fitness (or higher equivalency)
• Fitness Registration (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid / CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Full Driving Licence And Vehicle Of Transport

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clear and effective instructions during one-on-one sessions, ensuring clients understand exercise routines and expectations.
• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments, gathering information on clients' current fitness levels, health history, and specific goals through various assessment tools.
• Create personalized workout plans tailored to individual needs, considering factors such as fitness level, age, medical history, and preferences.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques with precision, providing real-time feedback to correct form and prevent potential injuries.
• Foster a positive and empowering training environment by cultivating a supportive atmosphere during sessions.
• Motivate clients through continuous encouragement, sharing success stories, and celebrating milestones to reinforce commitment to their fitness journey.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Certificate IV Fitness and/or Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong people skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Deep knowledge of exercise science and fitness industry trends.

Must Haves:

• Lives in or within 15km proximity of Mt Ommaney
• Has a reliable vehicle to get to and from facilities
• Ability to work 20-25hrs per week with some split shifts
