ABOUT THE ROLE

You will lead a portfolio of projects across the
Commercial, Retail, Industrial, and Residential
sectors, managing everything from procurement and design through to contracts administration and delivery. Projects span
refurbishment, fit-out, and new build developments
, giving you the chance to broaden your expertise while working directly with major clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage projects from concept to completion
  • Lead and coordinate external consultants and contractors
  • Oversee procurement, design, tender, and delivery processes
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum
    5 years' local consultancy experience
    in project management
  • Degree in a
    property or construction-related discipline
  • Proven capability across
    refurbishment, fit-out, and new build projects
  • Experience in
    residential and commercial new build developments
    highly regarded
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
