The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Culture & Engagement Partner to join our People & Culture team. This role plays a key part in shaping Crown's organisational culture and driving enterprise-wide engagement initiatives across Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney. We're looking for an energetic and passionate culture lead who can bring initiatives to life.
You'll lead the delivery of our employee survey program, partner with senior stakeholders to embed engagement strategies, and support the implementation of new organisational listening tools. You'll also design and deliver initiatives to support the embedding of our organisational culture. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and making a meaningful impact.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of the employee survey program.
- Partnering with stakeholders to cascade results, analyse sentiment, and drive action planning.
- Supporting the implementation of a new organisational listening platform.
- Design and implement exciting culture initiatives that bring our culture to life
- Managing vendor relationships and procurement processes for listening tools.
- Providing insights and reporting to senior leaders, regulators, and monitors.
- Contributing to the development of culture, learning, and DEI programs through data and strategic input.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Crown's regulatory commitments.
About You
This role is ideal for a strategic and data-savvy professional with a passion for culture and engagement. You're a natural collaborator who can influence at all levels and bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do. Industry experience is not important however ideally you would be exposed to a complex corporate organisation. You will also bring:
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide culture and engagement programs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong growth mindset with experience in coaching and mentoring others
- Familiarity with HR technologies and survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Peakon, CultureAmp).
- A degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
