The Ultimate Guitar Academy is seeking a guitar teacher for our studio located near Narellan Town Centre in the Camden/Narellan area of South-West Sydney.

The role consists of teaching The Ultimate Guitar Method curriculum in guitar lessons, ranging from one to seven students at a time.

This is a casual role, with the potential to turn into a permanent position. Guitar teaching experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided in guitar teaching, The Ultimate Guitar Method and managing clients.

The candidate must be:

• Organised, reliable and punctual
• A proficient guitarist that is skilled and knowledgeable on the guitar
• Available to teach on weekdays from 2pm - 9pm, and 8:30am - 4pm Saturdays

Candidates should have, or be making progress towards having:

• Qualification in the field of music (preferred, not essential)
• Own ABN
• Working With Children Check number

Applicants should be prepared to submit a resume with two references, as well as a brief video recording of themselves playing guitar at a level that shows their ability and skills.

Alternatively, a short live performance at an interview will suffice.

Pay: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour
