Expression of Interest – Casual Boilermaker/Welders (Night Shift)
Location: Bunbury Workshop
Duration: Approx. 2 months
Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday)
Hours: 10–12 hours per shift
Pay: $47 - $50 / hour + 20% casual loading + 20%-night shift loading
About the Role
Due to upcoming project requirements, Orontide is seeking experienced Boilermaker/Welders to join our Fabrication Team on a casual basis for an approximate 2-month period. This role will be based in our Bunbury Workshop and will involve working night shift with extended hours.
What We Offer

To Be Successful in This Position, You Must Possess:
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Experience in FCAW and GTAW welding and ability to pass weld tests
- Experience in heavy fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Passion for safe working methods
- Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
- Current Driver's Licence
- Dogging/Rigging (preferred but not essential)
- High Risk Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential)
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening
