Scaffold Estimator

Role Description

As an Estimator at BT Scaffolds, you will:

• Assess project requirements, including performing site inspections.

• Provide accurate, competitive quotes based on your estimates.

• Work closely with the Operations Manager to provide financial guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

• Take initiative to build new connections within the industry, driving business growth and establishing long-term partnerships.

We're looking for someone who is highly driven, self-motivated, and ready to excel in a fast-paced environment. While a technical background in scaffolding is desirable, it's not essential. What's most important is your drive for success, your ability to thrive under pressure, and your commitment to delivering results. We can teach you the technical skills; we need someone who is ready to learn and perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in cost estimating.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client and supplier relationships.

• A high-performance mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the technical aspects of the role.

• Proficient with estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Prior scaffolding estimating experience is desirable but not necessary.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
