Poly WA is a locally owned plastics welding, fabrication and installation business based in Kewdale. We service major clients across the Perth metro area with a mix of workshop and site projects. Occasionally we complete short stints away, but the majority of our work is local and stable — home every night.

The Role

We're looking for skilled Poly Welders / Fabricators to join our team. You'll work across a variety of jobs — from pipe systems and tanks to custom builds — using butt, electrofusion and extrusion welding. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced tradespeople looking to step away from FIFO and build a long-term career locally.

What We're Looking For

• Poly welding skills – butt, electrofusion, and extrusion (tickets preferred).
• Experienced in working with a variety of plastics (ie. HDPE, PP, PVC, etc.) including sheet plastics.
• Experience in plastics fabrication, with the ability to build custom products from drawings or client concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and "think outside the box" ability.
• Proactive, good communicator who takes ownership of their job.
• Ability to read and fabricate from drawings/technical plans.
• Works accuratly, safely and delivers high-qualtiy finishes.
• Construction White Card & valid driver's licence.
• Australian working rights.

Bonus (not essential – we can help you obtain these): forklift ticket, confined space, working at heights, chainsaw competency.
