4x4 Accessory Fitter

About the role:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly Orange team as an 4x4 Vehicle Accessory Fitter with the view to train into an Automotive Underbody Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop your skills in fitting a variety of 4x4 vehicle accessories, including bull bars, suspension systems, roof racks, winches, and more.

Apprenticeship Pathway:

ARB have teamed up with the Motor Traders' Association of NSW to provide a nationally recognized qualification to our apprentice fitters, Certificate III in Automotive Underbody Technology.

Cert III in Automotive Underbody Technology is a 3-year apprenticeship programme, designed specifically to upskill you while you're fitting top of the range ARB products. Training is provided on-site at ARBs worksite- no need to travel

What you'll be doing:

· Learn to install a variety of 4x4 vehicle accessories

· Assist with conducting thorough inspections of vehicles

· Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot fitting issues

· Follow all workshop WHS and SOP procedures

· Assist with workshop duties, such as cleaning and tidying

About you:

· A strong interest in 4x4 vehicles and the automotive industry

· Prior training in an engineering or mechanical field is desirable

· Willingness to learn and develop new skills

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship

· Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
