About UsResponsibilities
  • Removing and replacing damaged components to facilitate structural and cosmetic repairs
  • Using and maintaining hand and power tools to manufacturer and SOP standards
  • Performing high-quality panel repairs using approved materials and techniques
  • Preparing and sanding surfaces ready for paint application
  • Supporting and mentoring apprentices and new team members
  • Reporting additional labour or parts requirements during the repair process
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace and equipment
  • Ensuring job updates and system entries are completed accurately
  • Identifying and escalating production issues or safety risks
  • Adhering to company policies, repair standards, and WHS regulations
Your Profile
  • Trade-qualified Panel Beater with post-apprenticeship experience
  • Ability to perform full repairs and R&R on a range of vehicle types
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Basic computer literacy for job tracking and system updates
  • Organised, efficient and reliable work habits
  • Passion for developing others and contributing to a strong team culture
  • Willingness to adapt to new technology and continuous improvement processes
