Our clients are well-established and highly respected manufacturers in the food and pharmaceutical industries. The pharmaceutical manufacturer specialises in producing premium complementary medicines and vitamins, while the food manufacturer specialises in producing chocolates and licorice.

Due to continued growth and increased production demands, we are currently seeking multiple Production and Machine Operators to join their dynamic teams in Minto and Ingleburn for afternoon shift positions.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in a reputable, high-quality manufacturing environment.

Start Times:

  • 1:00pm - 9:00pm
  • 2:00pm - 10:00am
  • 3:00pm – 11:10pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Conduct routine checks and minor troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation
  • Accurately complete batch documentation and maintain production records
  • Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and all quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience operating machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to standard procedures and protocols
  • Availability from Monday to Friday
