  • Two part time opportunities: 30 and 24 hours/week
  • Ensure merchandise displays are visually compelling to drive sales 

About the role:

Reporting into the Visual Merchandise Manager, you will focus on the visual interpretation strategy from seasonal floor plans to daily visual displays and execute the strategy to ensure the Eastland store is creating the message that covers the breaths of themes and looks to inspire our customers. You will bring your visual merchandise principles, your sense of personal style and creative flair, and a love of a dynamic fast-paced workplace to work with your dedicated team to unload shipments, maintaining and stocking the floor displays and shelves to promote and create incredible in-store experiences.

To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work Monday - Friday. There may be occasional weekend work required during seasonal peak periods. 

Your Background:

  • Visual merchandising experience in a retail fashion styling and homewares environment 
  • Visual merchandise qualifications or working towards will be highly regarded
  • Knowledge in visual merchandising techniques, standards and practices including mannequin dressing
  • Strong understanding in trends and styles and a passion for visual merchandising
  • Proven attention to detail skills
