More about you – Store Manager
Responsible for running day to day operations of the store and ensuring it is customer focused, efficient and cost-effective. As the leader for the store, you will be responsible for maintaining high operational and organizational standards, training and continuous coaching of team members and creating a pleasant environment for both customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
o Oversee the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively
o Motivating the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
o Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations
o Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items
o Hiring, training, developing and overseeing new staff
o Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
o Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store, deal with queries and complaints in a professional manner
The successful applicants will also have
o Proven ability to manage and lead within a fast-paced environment
o Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
o Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
o A happy, friendly and energetic personality
o A desire to deliver high quality customer service
o A current/valid police check or a willingness to obtain if successful
