Jetstream Electrical  is responsible for maintenance of Retail and Depot fuel storage and dispensing systems for many sites across the Northern Territory

Our Darwin division is seeking an experienced fitter to join our rapidly growing team

The role will involve -

  • Maintenance of fuel dispensing equipment
  • Installing, operating, maintaining, modifying and repairing equipment
  • Breakdown maintenance on fuel dispensing equipment
  • Undertake pipe fitting as required
  • Rebuild equipment back to usable condition
  • Working in remote locations for short periods of time

Skills and Experience

This opportunity involves a high level of problem solving and the successful candidate will need to be able to think on their feet and use their initiative

Desirable Criteria

  • Practical industry experience, 2 years or more
  • Have an unrestricted drivers licence
  • Experience in the petroleum or simliar sector is essential
  • WPCG accredited
  • Ability to be able to work in remote locations for short periods
  • Be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic, possess good communication skills and have a stable work history.
  • Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Trade Qualification as an Electrician desirable but not essential
