  Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our team at our 110-bed aged care facility, with an exciting expansion currently underway. This is a key personnel role and the perfect opportunity for a proven clinical leader who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to achieve optimal care outcomes for the residents. This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our charming Midland Nursing Home facility 

About You
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong leadership and management experience within aged care
  • Excellent knowledge of aged care standards and compliance
  • Passion for person-centred care and mentoring others
