Airconditioning & Refrigeration Tradesman

About the Role:

You'll lead a small installation team across Daikin Ducted, Split, VRV, and cassette systems, taking ownership from rough-in to fit-off.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install Daikin Wall Mount, Ducted and VRV systems to residential and commercial sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot all brands of Air Conditioning.
• Provide regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance of our clients systems.
• Mentor apprentices
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and high service standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial systems.
• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration preferred.
• Refrigeration handling licence
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
