About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Digital Press and Printing Machinist at CMYKhub VIC Pty Ltd, the Victorian arm of CMYKhub.
Full Time 5 days a week, 37.5 hours.
Keilor Park Location.
Digital print experience is essential, you will be working with state-of-the-art machinery in a fast-paced work environment, which dispatches hundreds of orders per day. Delivery in full, on time in specification with a strong sense of accountability to our trade partners is what CMYKhub is renowned for.
General responsibilities include:
- Digital press operation, including monitoring and evaluating press operations for quality assurance
- Setting, adjusting and monitoring printing machine functions.
- Colour management and calibration
- Guillotining
- Laminating
- Performing machine adjustments, maintenance and repairs as required.
- Producing high-quality commercial and packing print jobs.
- Kiss cutting and varnishing label jobs.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with supplier support.
About You
As the successful applicant, you will possess a strength in the following Attributes:

- Attention to detail

- Ambition and enthusiasm
- HP 100K, HP 6K, and Canon iX series print operation skills are required.
- HP 100k, HP 6K, and Canon iX series quality control, colour management and calibration skills are required.
- More than 3 years' experience with Series 5 HP printers (i.e. 100K) will be highly regarded.
- More than 1 year of experience running a Digicon Series 3 will be highly regarded.
