About the Role

We're looking for a polished and personable Sales Consultant to join this new store's opening team. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as the brand is committed to delivering inclusive and thoughtful service to all clients. You'll play a key role in guiding clients through bespoke design experiences and offering meaningful product advice. FT, PT and casual roles available

What you will do

• Provide warm, consultative customer service in a luxury environment
• Assist with custom orders, remodelling enquiries and education around fine jewellery
• Support the team with store presentation, stock control, and admin tasks
• Build lasting client relationships built on trust, care, and communication

What you will bring

• Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or high-end customer service ideal
• Mandarin speaking would be an added bonus
• Interest in jewellery design and craftsmanship
• Flexible availability, Thursday nights and Sundays needed at a minimum
