The role

Join 8Squad's Centre of Excellence (CoE)
as a key part of our internal support team, helping keep our systems, devices and people running smoothly.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who's passionate about tech and keen to kickstart a career in
Salesforce
or
systems administration
. You'll get hands-on experience supporting a dynamic, growing business while learning from some of the best in the field.

What you'll do

  • Be the first point of contact for internal tech support across systems, devices and tools
  • Triage, log and resolve user requests while keeping accurate documentation
  • Help manage user accounts, devices and system access
  • Build your technical skills with structured Salesforce and systems admin training

What we're looking for

  • A genuine interest in technology and problem-solving
  • Great communication skills and a can-do attitude
  • Some exposure to IT support, systems admin or similar (bonus but not essential)
  • A desire to learn and grow in a supportive environment
  • Based in Australia Ideally, Victoria, but open to candidates from other states
