About Us:

Tree Menders Tree Care is a professional tree services company with modern machinery and a strong reputation for quality and safety. We're looking for a motivated and reliable HR Road Ranger licensed labourer to join our team.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our HR Road Ranger truck to and from job sites, supporting the crew with general tree work, and assisting with tipping duties as required. This is a physically demanding role but no prior tree industry experience is required—just a great attitude, reliability, and willingness to work hard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect the truck from our yard in Biggera Waters and drive to assigned work sites.
  • Assist the crew with general tree work, including labouring and site clean-up.
  • Safely transport loads to tipping facilities as required.
  • Return the truck to the yard at the end of each workday.
  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Current HR Road Ranger licence (essential).
  • Physically fit and able to handle a physically demanding role.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
  • No prior tree work experience needed—training provided.
