Support Supervisor

We are seeking two Casual Support Supervisors to help deliver the new FOGO (Food Organics Garden Organics) bins across Ballarat.

In this role, you will:

  • Follow a set schedule to deliver FOGO bins to domestic homes
  • Provide guidance and support to a supported employee with a disability, where required
  • Ensure deliveries are completed safely and respectfully

We are looking for people who have:

  • A genuine empathy for people with disability
  • The right values and attitude to provide positive support
  • Reliability and willingness to work as part of a team

Candidates must have a valid driving licence, full Australian workers rights and be willing to apply/pay for an NDIS check if they are successful.
