About the Role:

As a Domestic Assistant, you'll support clients in their homes by providing essential services that help them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Household cleaning e.g. dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens but not limited too..
  • Laundry and linen change
  • Attention to detail in all you do
  • Organising household items and maintaining cleanliness
  • Supporting independence through practical, everyday tasks
  • Maintaining professional boundaries while providing friendly, respectful service
What Makes You "The Rock" We Need:
  • Reliable, consistent, and strong under pressure
  • Upbeat, positive energy that lifts others up
  • Respectful, trustworthy, and professional at all times
  • Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
  • Holds a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willing to complete (or already has) NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Strong time management – you know how to stick to a schedule
  • Quiet confidence – you work well independently without needing supervision
  • Commitment to doing things the right way – with consistency and care
  • Good communication skills, especially around boundaries and expectations
  • Physically capable of light to moderate household tasks
  • Willing to work under an ABN, if you dont have we can show how to get one for free.
