Now, we're inviting a Full-time Reservations Agent to join our vibrant team in a role based at our beautiful Baroosa Valley lodge - The Louise

The Role

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll be the voice of Baillie Lodges. You'll create magic from the very first phone call or email — curating personalised experiences, creatively upselling exclusive lodge stays, and ensuring every detail is seamless. From individual bookings to group getaways, you'll play a key role in delivering the unforgettable.

This is more than a reservations role — it's about crafting dream holidays and turning them into reality.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in reservations, hotel front office or as a travel agent

• Strong organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• A natural talent for sales and building guest connections

• Confidence with Microsoft Office and property management systems (RMS or similar)

• Flexibility to work weekdays plus one Saturday per month
