CrashClaim is Australia's largest accident management business, offering a full 360-degree service to people involved in a motor vehicle accident. From the point of impact, we assist with their claim, provide an accident replacement vehicle, and manage the process all the way through to final vehicle delivery.

The successful candidates will join a fast-paced, outgoing team driven by results and exceptional customer service, with previous sales experience essential. You will manage claims from application through to completion, ensuring every client has a seamless experience. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘'𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥
- Fluency in Korean OR Mandarin (verbal & written)
- Previous sales experience with proven ability to convert leads and build client relationships
- Confident, engaging, and professional phone manner
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Capable of working independently and within a team
- High level of customer service and rapport-building skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Manual driver's licence essential
