Bartender (Mixologist) - Casual 8-20 hours per week depending on availability.
The Chambers is an award winning café/function space operating 7 days 7am to 2:30pm and open for private functions in the evenings. Located in the heart of the city and located in a beautiful historical building the food, coffee and service are what keep our customers coming back.
We are looking for a casual Cocktail Bartender (ideally with high volume mixology experience) to join us over the next 8-10 weeks (and beyond) across Friday and Saturday evenings, occasional week day hours too. The role will be working with our functions and events team making our guests experience unforgettable.
What We're Looking For
- Proven bartending and mixology experience
- Ability to shake two cocktails at once
- Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality
- Strong work ethic and a positive team attitude
- Availability on Friday and Saturday evenings
- Reliable, professional, and well-presented
The ideal candidate will be able to feel confident and welcoming in a customer facing role.
