This FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) opportunity is perfect for a Speech Pathologist who's passionate about child-led, neuroaffirming practice and loves building genuine connections. You'll grow your skills, make a real impact in a close-knit community, and enjoy the benefits of rural work- without the stress of moving or finding housing.

The Role:

  • Fly-in Monday morning, fly-out Friday evening, every second week
  • Paediatric caseload across clinic & community settings
  • Collaborative team environment, working closely with OT's, Therapy Assistants, teachers and EA's.

What's Required

  • Tertiary qualified Speech Pathologist, registered with SPA
  • Hold a drivers licence
  • Confident working autonomously and building rapport with families
  • Enthusiastic about remote practice and a balanced lifestyle
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Brings a good vibe, initiative and a sense of fun
