Senior Accessory Fitter/Leading Had - TJM Frankston
Due to business growth and expansion, we're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Accessory Fitter / Leading Hand to join our team at TJM Frankston. This is a newly created role, designed to support our growing workshop and deliver exceptional results as demand continues to rise.
About the Role
In this hands-on leadership position, you'll be the driving force behind a skilled team of fitters, ensuring every job meets the top-tier TJM standard. From lift kits and bull bars to complex custom builds, you'll be at the forefront of some of the most exciting 4x4 upgrades out there.
As a senior team member, you'll not only lead by example in the workshop but also mentor and inspire your team to perform at their best. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who's passionate about building both high-performance vehicles and high-performing teams.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a workshop leadership, senior fitter, or leading hand role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and/or vehicle accessory fitting skills
- 12V electrical experience is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork
- Current Australian driver's licence
Experience is essential, and leading hand rates are available for the right candidate.
