Advertising Coordinator – National and Local Ag Products

Love staying organised, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a busy, creative media team? MMG is looking for a hands-on Advertising Coordinator to join our crew and help keep our national and local agricultural publications running like clockwork.

This part-time role can be based either in Echuca or in Shepparton.

You'll be at the centre of it all — coordinating ad schedules, copy, layouts, printing, and giving top-notch support across titles like Dairy News Australia, Small Farms, Tree Crop, Rural Business, Country News and more. You'll also help with invoicing, and reporting — so every day is a bit different

We're looking for someone who:

  • Notices the little details that make a big difference
  • Builds great relationships with clients and colleagues
