The Role

We are seeking professional and dedicated Wait Staff to join our hospitality team at Longueville. You will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience, ensuring our residents enjoy restaurant-quality service every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing attentive table service in a luxury dining environment
• Setting and clearing tables with a high standard of presentation
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders with precision
• Maintain clean, well-presented service areas
• Assist with room setup, resets, and pack-down
• Assist with in room dining when required.
• Supporting residents with their dining needs in a respectful and professional manner
• Working collaboratively with kitchen and care staff
• Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in hospitality, fine dining, or aged care dining service
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A professional, polished, and compassionate approach
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and evenings
• A genuine interest in enriching the lives of older Australians
• A current National Police Check
• Covid19 vaccinated (3 Doses) + Flu vaccinated
