It's the most wonderful time of the year – and we need YOU to help make it merry

We're on the lookout for energetic, customer-loving team members to join us as Christmas Casuals.

This role is all about:

  • Bringing festive cheer to every customer interaction
  • Staying active on your feet all day, helping customers find the perfect gifts and keeping the festive vibes flowing
  • Rolling up your sleeves to unpack deliveries, restock shelves, and make sure the store looks merry and bright during our busiest season
  • Spreading positivity and energy across the store to make everyday fun for the team and customers
  • Jumping in wherever needed, from assisting colleagues to keeping displays looking perfect, all with a smile

We're a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment where no two days are the same Our team members, known as our Besties, are at the heart of everything we do, delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

What you'll bring:

  • Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and those all-important Christmas rush hours
  • Availability through December and January

This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting.
