• You will work autonomously providing holistic patient care to palliative patients
• Work within the scope of professional nursing practice
• Be a leader within the team and promote the mission and mission in action

HammondCare is a NSW Health-affiliated organisation all NSW Health transferrable entitlements will be recognised.

• Experience in palliative care or interested in working in this area
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
• Ability to work a rotating roster
• Experience and qualifications in the specialty or discipline
• Experience working with people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and other language skills
• Willingness to travel between HammondCare's sites and services
• Sound computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Empathy and patience
