About the Role

This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants to grow into a Forward Deployed Engineer. You will sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer impact.

• You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges and shape how our agents behave
• You will contribute to internal development across agents, infrastructure, dashboards, cloud, testing, and monitoring
• You will begin with support and collaboration, then grow into leading customer deployments and product improvements
• You will build both technical depth and customer empathy, learning how to adapt solutions in real time

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or equivalent Engineering discipline.
• 2 or more years of hands-on software development experience with frontend or backend systems and frameworks.
• Understanding and experience developing with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience using and developing with cloud services (AWS preferred).
• Proven track record shipping and maintaining high-performance production applications.
• Resilience, determination and a proactive, positive approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
• A go getter that welcomes challenge and healthy debate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
