The Role

We're seeking a Qualified Carpenter who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and can deliver to high standards with minimal supervision. You'll be part of a supportive crew working across a variety of projects, including renovations, fit-outs, maintenance works, and bespoke builds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out high-quality carpentry and building works across residential and commercial sites.
  • Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy work environment in compliance with WHS requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with trades, apprentices, and subcontractors.
  • Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Represent Built by Mesman professionally onsite and with clients.

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent).
  • Current White Card.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Own tools and vehicle required.
  • WWVP / Police Check and trade references advantageous.
