Civmec are currently seeking Experienced Riggers to join our Construction division working on a 2:1 DIDO roster.

This is a great opportunity to join our team and be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering both Civil and SMP packages on a long term project.

The Role
Assist with lift plans and lifting activities.Align level and anchor machinery.Maintain and tag rigging gear as required.Ensure rigging gear is stored correctly.Attach appropriately rated rigging gear to existing structures to facilitate the movement of loads using chain blocks, pulleys, tirfors and lever hoists.Maintain and keep tools and equipment in a safe and clean condition. Lock them away or return to store when not required. About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

Current High Risk Rigging licence (RI and RA) and VOCCurrent Working Safely at Heights CertificateCurrent High risk elevating work platform license (EWP) and VOCNationally recognised Construction Safety Awareness Card (White Card)Previous experience on construction projects Ability to complete and pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen Civmec + You
