The Role
I'm excited to be partnering with a well-respected construction company on the hunt for a Structural Foreman to join their team on a brand-new high-end apartment build in South Brisbane.
If you're looking to lock in your next role before the holidays, this could be the perfect opportunity - they're happy to bring the right person on before Christmas, with site works kicking off in early January.
This position would suit a hands-on Foreman with around 3+ years' experience delivering medium-rise multi-residential or apartment projects. You'll be supporting an experienced Site Manager, overseeing all structural elements, and keeping things running smoothly on site — managing subcontractors, driving program, and maintaining top-quality standards from start to finish.

About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Foreman with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 commercial builder
- Solid background across multi-residential or multi-level apartment builds
- Strong leadership and coordination skills - confident managing trades and driving outcomes
- Proven tenure and reliability in previous roles
