About the role

As the Policy Investigations Lead, you'll oversee policy fraud investigations, ensuring quality, compliance, and strategic outcomes. You'll lead a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across the business to mitigate risk and protect customer trust.

What you'll do

  • Lead policy fraud investigations, ensuring thorough, timely, and compliant outcomes.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and uphold investigative standards.
  • Provide strategic direction and coaching to a collaborative investigations team.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and law enforcement.
  • Prepare insights and reporting to inform business decisions and industry trends.
  • Champion data governance and protect sensitive information throughout investigations.

What you'll bring 

  • 5+ years' leadership experience in Insurance / Financial Services.
  • Experience leading investigations or intelligence teams in insurance or financial services.
  • Prior experience with Insurance Underwriting, Product Design, or distribution.
  • Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills in high-pressure scenarios.
  • Ability to manage team performance, resolve conflict, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes.
