The Role

We're a busy waterside café looking for a skilled barista who's comfortable in a fast-paced service and happy to jump across front-of-house tasks. You'll be making consistently excellent coffee and helping deliver smooth service for our guests.

What You'll Do
  • Produce high-quality espresso beverages quickly and consistently during peak periods
  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service
  • Run food, clear and reset tables, restock, and keep FOH clean
  • Operate POS and handle basic cash/EFT tasks
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced barista environment (high-volume café)
  • Strong espresso skills; latte art proficiency
  • Reliable, punctual, well-presented; calm under pressure; team player
  • Available on weekends; flexible for 12 additional days mid-week
  • Full Australian working rights
